I don’t care if your Democratic or Republic, Conservative or Libertarian. Whether your black, white, rich or poor. One thing we all can agree on? We need better representation. Look at them up there on Capital Hill. All suffering from Congress Entitlement Syndrome. Acting as if they are entitled to be there by the grace of god or whoever they believe in. And not there based on our votes and our will. It would seem that the “good ol boy” network. The same type who bought us the Stupak amendment.
You know the ones, where the “lil women” have no say. Seem intent on bringing down the best choice to fill Senator Kennedy’s seat. Not because she is a woman. Nah. But because she is the best choice who happens to be a woman. Who is putting fear in the hearts of those who don’t want her to win. Apparently, it’s being described as: active old boys club in Massachusetts preparing for battle.
Really? Battle? Huh. You don’t say. Amazing because I like “battles”. And after the disappointment in learning NONE of the choices on Afghanistan were accepted. I will shift my energy her way to attempt to tamp down the utter fury of that bad decision. It’s time to change out the old guard and how we do business. And this is the place to start:
December 8, 2009, or 12.08, is the day that you can help us take the next big step toward making history by electing Martha Coakley the Democratic nominee for United States Senator from Massachusetts. By taking the 1208 challenge, you are agreeing to help us work toward our goal of 1,208 new grassroots supporters by December 8th – 1,208 by 12.08. With your help, we can run the strongest grassroots campaign Massachusetts has ever seen.
I was looking for a “phone banking” link but there was not one. However I will be passing this on tomorrow to the necessary individuals who would like to help. She will get those 1208 grassroots supporters.
